One design, one price. Look at it however suits you — on the web while you plan, in AR when you want to check it against the actual garden, in VR when you want to stand inside it.
Stand inside the room and talk. Change the size, the doors, the furniture; walk out and look at it from the garden.
Point your phone at the lawn and the room appears at true size. Walk around it, check the gap to the fence, then order from the same screen.
Put a headset on and the room is around you at full scale. The only way to feel whether the ceiling and the depth are right before it is built.
